Emu flight centre, is a recently established retail travel agency and is based in a large rural city (think Albury, Wagga Wagga or Bathurst). Rather than opening more shop fronts Emu Flight Centre (or EFC) has decided to start an online travel agency to service customers from all over Australia with a review to attract overseas customers in the future.

Emu Flight Centre would like customers to be able to view current specials on packages as well as current flight prices. Information about a variety of destinations should be included so that customers can find out more about the destination before they book or visit. Images, animations, videos and audio commentaries would all be suitable ways to providing this information to potential customers.

I chose "Emu Flight Centre" as a topic because, I live in a country which is mainly dependent upon tourism and there are many Tour Operators in my country giving services for tourists who arrive from many parts of the World. Hence it would be easy for me to get some ideas about these types of retail travel agencies although I have to base my research about Travel Agencies in Australia and other parts of the world to do critical thinking and other studies and evaluate a chosen site.
